• Madie Beckley – Excellent – The service I received when shopping for my high school formal was nothing less of amazing. I was made to feel welcomed and they let me try on as many dresses as I wanted without feeling like I was a burden. The girls serving me did all they could to ensure I was happy with what I was trying on and suggested many helpful things when I had a concern or issue. I would highly recommend Formal Wear of Brisbane, as the studio is accumulate, they service amazing and the choice of dresses is quite wide, there is something for everyone. Thank you Formal Wear if Brisbane, I can not wait to pick up my dress.

I left a little unsure but the lady who helped me put the dress I liked into my booking so I could come back which I really appreciated!

I could not recommend this place anymore highly plus there dresses were amazing and affordable compared to those in the city we looked. My daughter walked in there with no clue as to what she was looking for, Caitlin asked us to have a look around while she picked out a few suggestions. The first dress suggested by Caitlin that my daughter tried on was absolutely perfect, spot on! Caitlin had read my daughter 100% correctly (size included) in a glance. We tried on another 4 stunning dresses which made for hard choices but the first one prevailed! Thank you so much Caitlin for your very experienced eye and your help. I’ve stopped in many times over the past few months to check out dresses and Caitlin has always been so helpful, friendly and offered great advice on each occasion. We all had a fun time with lots of laughs while the girls tried on dress after dress and the ladies at FWOB were all patient and so lovely during the process. The store itself is a gem with such beautiful stock in a convenient location. Thanks again and I’d highly recommend the girls and this store!
• Neve Taylor – Excellent – We have been to quite a few formal shops and this shop is the best by far. Most of your dresses were displayed on mannequins making it easy to see the dresses and what they looked like. Display and presentation are excellent. And we have the loveliest young lady by the name of Katelyn serve us. She was helpful and polite and showed us dresses which she thought would suit. We found the perfect dress thanks to Katelyn’s help. She also gave us her honest opinions on the dresses which was appreciated. We highly recommend your shop to all that we speak to. Thanks.

Clothes shopping can be an emotional and frustrating time but not with those two. I only wish I could take them shopping with me everywhere. Both my daughters have purchased their formal dresses with the help of these two gorgeous girls and they look stunning. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

• Chloe Lewis – Excellent – We drove from Hervey Bay down to your Kallangur store after hearing about your dresses. We booked an appointment and had 2 consultants working to find the perfect dress. Not only did they listen to what Chloe wanted, they brought out dresses which they knew would compliment her figure. The consultants knew their dresses and were patient in letting Chloe try on two dresses multiple times to make sure it was “the one”. We walked away with the perfect formal gown which was not only her dream dress but it was made for her. We couldn’t recommend this store enough to anyone we know for professional, caring service. Thank you!
• Lily Eiseman – Excellent– Chose to shop here because it had excellent reviews and it certainly lives up to those reviews. Great range and service. My daughter had NO idea what she wanted and the staff were professional and helpful and very patient with an indecisive customer. Finally after two appointments she “clicked” with a dress and we took it home! Will send pics after formal. Thanks again!
